What will you do

  • The Talent Access Manager will shape & deliver end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives for the LATAM functions while leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals. The leader will have functional team oversight to ensure consistency in delivery, drive functional talent initiatives, focus on advancing the diversity talent agenda and will role model exceptional delivery through hands-on requisition execution.

  • This role will be responsible for turning the talent strategies into an actionable talent acquisition plans while leading their team through execution and world class delivery. Oversee the regional team of recruiters who will execute recruiting plans and approaches to address critical talent gaps and help the organization assess and select talent to meet the business needs of today and tomorrow, and position Kenvue to hire top talent at all levels.

  • This collaborative and results focused leader will play a critical leadership role and will partner closely with Senior Leaders in IT, HR, Finance and Legal to develop and deliver E2E talent acquisition results. Success in this role requires leveraging talent market data and insights to define and implement immediate and long team talent strategies with focus on advancing the diversity talent agenda.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Talent Access recruiters who are responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to acquire top talent in support of the business and talent objectives

  • Execute the recruiting for hard-to-fill or senior level roles for the function

  • Consult with business and HR leaders on talent requirements for today and tomorrow and drive an effective and efficient talent acquisition strategy in support of the CH enterprise function business objectives

  • Drive the functional end-to-end TA strategy

  • Responsible for leading direct reports (Contractors, FTE’s) focused on driving a common purpose, goals, and executing the functional TA strategy. Lead, coach, and develop the regional team on all elements of exceptional recruitment delivery.

  • Develop and implement differentiated Talent Acquisition strategies and differentiated diversity talent initiatives across each Corporate Function segment.

  • Drive the E2E talent acquisition strategies and consistently represent the TA story and metrics to HR leadership and appropriate business partners.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • A minimum of a Bachelors’ degree is required

  • A minimum of 6 years in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experience is required

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams with direct people leadership experience is required

  • A minimum of 2 years of managing and onboarding geographically dispersed recruiting talent is required

  • Ability to translate data and insights into strategy. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail is required

  • Ability to translate a business talent strategy into an actionable recruiting strategy is required

  • Demonstrated experience executing in a high-volume recruiting environment is required

  • Demonstrated ability to be agile and creative in solving complex resourcing issues with experience leading ROD, RPO execution/ oversight is required

  • Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes is required
