Adirondack Design Project Administrator in Saranac Lake, New York
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and coordination for various projects within the organization.
Responsibilities: - Organize and maintain project documentation and records - Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and appointments - Assist in preparing project proposals, reports, and presentations - Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders - Monitor project progress and deadlines - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Handle clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
Requirements: - Proven experience in administrative roles such as real estate administration, front desk, or medical office support - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in data entry and record keeping - Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using office software applications
