Billing Administrator: Sarasota, FL 34243 (On-Site Career) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our team at our Sarasota manufacturing facility. What You'll Do:

  • Keep our financial records accurate and up-to-date.

  • Process and review invoices like a pro.

  • Reconcile accounts and solve discrepancies with precision.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable to keep the cash flow smooth.

  • Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure seamless financial operations.

  • Provide critical support to our accounting team and help us stay on top of our game!

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (Associate's required; Bachelor's preferred).

  • A positive attitude and a knack for solving problems.

  • Quickbooks software OR similar a MUST!

  • Microsoft Dynamics a Plus!

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Assist with the preparation, review, and posting of vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment processing and accurate record-keeping.

• Data Entry: Enter financial data into software, ensuring accuracy and consistency of records.

• Account Management: Monitor outstanding invoices, track payments, and communicate with clients and vendors to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies.

• Expense Tracking: Ensure that all company expenses are recorded correctly and assist with processing expense reports in accordance with company policies.

• Customer and Vendor Communication: Communicate professionally with vendors and customers to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and resolution of financial inquiries.

• Filing and Documentation: Maintain organized financial records, files, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the accounting team and assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • Bookkeeping (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • Microsoft Dynamics (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • QuickBooks (2 years of experience is required)

  • Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)

  • Invoices (1 year of experience is required)

  • Data Entry (2 years of experience is required)

  • Excel (1 year of experience is required)
