Description
A Robert Half client in Sarasota is hiring for a Bookkeeper on a full-time, direct-hire basis.
This position will be responsible for the following:
Reviews, edit and submits payroll data including hours, PTO and other related deductions
Input bills into general ledger and initiate payments in a timely manner
Responsible for billing customers and entering payments received into general ledger
Assists with light phone and email collections as needed
Creates various financial reports for management review
Requirements
Position Requirements:
3+ years of bookkeeping experience
Excellent computer skills, QuickBooks is a plus, intermediate Excel skills required
Must be capable of working independently and be adaptable to change
Good organization skills required
Good understanding of debits and credits required
