Prestwick Chase Line Cook in Saratoga Springs, New York
Prestwick Chase, an independent senior living community, is seeking an experienced line cook to join our team.Our restaurants are open Monday - Saturday and shifts are generally 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.This role will directly assist the Executive Chef, following their specifications and guidelines and play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our diners’ satisfaction.Responsibilities:- Produce high quality plates both in design and taste- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards- Stock inventory appropriately- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and dinersKey Qualifications:- Working knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures- Proven excellence in kitchen and staff management- Able to maintain a high level of accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality- Familiar with industry’s best practicesHealth and dental benefits, as well as PTO are available for all full time employees.Resumes can be submitted via email or in person at 100 Saratoga Blvd., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
