Duties and Responsibilities 1: Available to work Monday- Friday and Weekends as needed 2: Ability to do some travel with overnight 3: Responsible to provide basic hand tools, battery and pneumatic and some specialty tools. 4: Ability to obtain and maintain proper licensures, medical card and acceptable driving record. 5: Ability to work at Heights 6: Responsible for performing maintenance and repairs of all types of equipment and /or assisting with repairs/improvements/maintenance of equipment to ensure proper and safety working condition. 7: Troubleshooting equipment (visually and audibly) maintenance problems to properly diagnose components to determine method and extent of repair necessary. Read interpret, analyze and apply information in technical manuals and schematics. 8: To communicate effectively (verbal, listen, written). Frequent contact and communication with others within and outside the company. Self-motivated, team-player, ability to work independently or in a team setting. 9: To properly and safely operate cutting torches and perform welding tasks 10: Fill out and maintain all need forms, i.e. (time sheet, vehicle inspection, safety forms, work orders) 11: Drive and maintain mechanics work truck 12: To properly and safely operate/use and maintain specialized equipment/tools 13: Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance 14: Clean, maintain, and prepare work areas 15: Performs other duties as assigned.
