Enjoy a 4-day work week (10 hour shifts) with optional Friday overtime available and get paid weekly! No Weekends! Thisposition is for a 2nd shift machine shop team lead. Run your own machine while assisting your team members to achieve their goals. Provideleadership in your department(s) and associated operations, including machine shop, quality, and shipping. Knowledge of various types of CNC and manual machines is necessary. The ability to maintainemployee and workplace safety, to trainand to leadare essential as a team leader. The desired candidate needs to have excellent communication skills, problem solving and decision-making ability, and the ability to prioritize workflow in a constantly changing job shop environment. Additionally, CAD/CAM abilities, excellent math skills, and proficiency in basic computer skills are a plus.
