Insight Global Senior Project Manager in Savannah, Georgia
Job Description
One of our large retail clients is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This person will be responsible for leading the charge in establishing the clients newest and largest 2 million square foot distribution center in Savannah, GA. They will be monitoring and managing the development of supply chain enhancements and project implementation. Daily, they will be at the helm of groundbreaking projects aimed at expanding and optimizing their distribution network. This persons visionary leadership will drive productivity, cut costs, and amplify throughout while ensuring safety standards. They will support the design and installation of material handling equipment, technology, and systems incorporated into existing, new, and expanded networking buildings. In addition they will be required to support capital projects when working with work sampling, cost justification (RIO) and cost/benefit analyses. There is a 25% travel requirement that is fully paid for by the client.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of experience in Project Management, Facilities Management, or Maintenance Management
Experience opening a new distribution center with material handling equipment and racking systems
Experience leading a related large project ($40 Million +)
Previous experience related to process/system design, productivity improvement, cost reduction, and capital project implementation - Manhattan WMOS null
