Are you an experienced Turret Operator looking to join a dynamic and growing team? We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on a key role in our warehouse, where you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of heavy boxes containing toilets and other essential bathroom products. This position is vital to our operations, ensuring that our products are moved, stored, and managed with the utmost care and precision.
salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Operate Turret Truck: Safely and efficiently operate a turret truck to move and position heavy boxes of toilets and other bathroom essentials within the warehouse.
Load and Unload: Load and unload pallets and individual items onto and from the turret truck, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory by scanning and logging product movements in the warehouse management system.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA regulations.
Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage or defects during handling and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
Coordination: Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, especially during high-volume periods.
Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the turret truck and other equipment to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs.
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of packaging materials and debris.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
