Quad Client Services Project Manager in Scarborough, Maine

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
The primary role of the Project Manager Client Services is to successfully manage individual Client relationships and projects on behalf of the Client and Quad.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for day-to-day tactical project execution of weekly flyer production, newspaper advertisements including costs and distribution methods
Serves as the organizational strategic expert and primary resource for management of the client’s weekly circular
Responsible for the print production and distribution of weekly flyer for all client’s marketing geographies
Responsible for establishing the production plan, cost analysis, proofing schedule generation, delivery method and installation of all marketing material
Develops and recommends retail insert media plan (page count, highlighted categories, special events)
Coordination of client stakeholders and media vendor to make analytical decisions to the media plan
Accounting tasks to include invoice and CPM reconciliation
Analyzes and proposes cost efficient retail insert print and distribution methods
Acts a liaison between multiple departments and vendors on behalf of the client including weekly meetings with client stakeholders
Assist in trafficking projects between the client, production, creative personnel and seek proper approvals
Develop and manage project timelines and planning tasks
Coordinate and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Quickly learn how to use internal project tracking software to ensure that all internal parties and the client are meeting scheduled dates
Work with all support departments to execute the duties and requests of the Client Services team on behalf of their clients' objectives and support other agency activities on an as-needed basis
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis
Education: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, marketing or related field preferred
Experience: Ad agency production experience, experience in managing large marketing budgets
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must be computer literate with proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Workfront, Crosscap and the ability to learn new computer systems. Advanced Excel skills are required.
