The MAM organization operates as one integrated team in the delivery of Engineering, Maintenance and Execution Systems activities. This occurs in a standard, coordinated and consistent manner in support of the current and future requirements of our Manufacturing & Technical Organization (MTO) and in conjunction with key partners, to create one integrated internal/external network.
We are looking for a maintenance engineer to support the Parenterals Filling Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the definition and implementation of maintenance strategies and methods based on proven research for the Repair & Maintenance Engineering team.
Applies practical skills of the field to complete tasks that minimize equipment failure risks and enable peak performance of machinery.
Supervision to engineering repair projects and maintenance programs that optimize the performance and reliability of the organization's capital equipment investments.
Lead quality investigations and develop adequate technical solutions
Responsible and accountable for the safe execution of job activities in compliance with EHS guidelines, environmental, regulatory (cGMP), corporate site and team practices and procedures
Close collaboration with stakeholders on site as well as with the global organization
You monitor and analyze equipment reliability performance to drive continuous improvement (Overall Equipment Efficiency)
Provide input to future equipment strategy in Fill Finish
Ensure equipment readiness to support successful launch of new products
Participation in internal and external audits (GMP, EHS and FM)

Qualifications
Education:
- University degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical discipline
Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 2 years of related business experience and a proven track record in maintenance and reliability engineering in a manufacturing environment
Pharmaceutical or chemical industry is preferred
Drive to continuously improve and challenge the status quo
Critical problem solver and root cause problem solving skills
Passionate about automating manufacturing steps
Self-driven, well-organized and able to set own targets
Decisiveness, brainpower and aim to take care of various issues and projects simultaneously
Collaboration with others and work well in project teams
Other:
Language skills: Fluency (oral and written) in German and English with exceptional communication skills
This role may require occasionally regional travel, as needed (less than 10%)
