Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, administrative professional to join our Title Services team in our Schaumburg Location.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Log title orders and opens title files.
Coordinate new order process with remote team.
Answer department phones.
Responds to customer service inquiries.
Arrange pick-up and delivery of closing packages and documents.
Fax, print, copy and mail documents.
Perform other general administrative duties assigned by Manager.

Strong writing, editing and grammar skills

Ability to work with confidential information and data
Education and/or Experience
A bachelor degree or at least 1-2 years of administrative experience.
Prior experience at a title insurance company or Real Estate brokerage preferred.
