In 2021 Price Chopper/Market 32 merged with Tops Markets and together became subsidiaries of Northeast Grocery, Inc., along with our back-office operation, Northeast Shared Services. The Data Integrity Coordinator is responsible for accuracy and data entry of all aspects of cost & allowance activity.

Multiple positions open. Positions located in Buffalo or Schenectady, NY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set-up of all new items accepted by the Category Teams via the vendor community, including bill-backs, costs, retails, and required regulatory data

• Investigating and resolving discrepancies and other activities which impact accuracy at store level.

• Maintenance and auditing to ensure clean and correct data files.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory agencies helpful

• Knowledge of MIC2, OMI, Control-D, and C&S systems a plus

• Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail

• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• College degree in business or equivalent experience preferred

• Minimum 2 years experience in grocery retail/store operations preferred

The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The compensation range is one component of Price Chopper/Market 32 and Northeast Shared Services’ total compensation and benefits package, which includes, 401(k), 401(k) match, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and more.
