ManpowerGroup Project Support Specialist in Schenectady, New York
Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain industry, is seeking a Project Support Specialist to join their team. As a Project Support Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain team supporting the Contract Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have project management skills, knowledge of the quotation process/bids, and be detail-oriented, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Support Specialist
Location: Schenectady, NY
Pay Range: Up to $26/hour
Shift : 4 hours 5 days a week
What's the Job?
Create Request For Quote and send to potential contract manufacturers to bid on
Analyze bids
Send follow-ups on outstanding RFQ
Send NDA to potential new contract manufacturers
Assist in setting up new contract manufacturers in the system
Proofread and assist in follow-ups on Contracts and Agreements
Assist onboarding and offboarding contract manufacturers
Provide updates to internal stakeholders on status of projects
What's Needed?
1 – 2 years experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement or Contract manufacturing
Has basic knowledge of Contracts/Agreements
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, Powerpoint, Teams and SAP
Project Management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
