Description
We are inviting applications for the role of Entry Level - Operations Analyst for our client based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The chosen candidate will be involved in various operations including data analysis, customer relationship management, and financial reporting.
This role is available on a part-time basis - 30 hours a week
Responsibilities
• Analyze and compile data on customer accounts to support the sales team in maximizing account penetration.
• Utilize various tools and techniques including Dunn and Bradstreet, CRM, and Excel for effective data mining and account management.
• Aid in marketing activities by conducting industry-specific online research to generate leads.
• Employ your skills in financial software systems to generate reports and monitor customer accounts.
• Utilize Excel formulas to process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Work towards solving customer inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Assist with other operational duties as required, ensuring the smooth running of the transport operations.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Excel Formulas
• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a responsible manner.
