Insight Global Fleet Vehicle Operations Associate in Scottsdale, Arizona

Job Description

Perform administrative activities related to the organizations fleet vehicle management program. Responsible for overseeing the procurement, supplier management, and efficient operation of the organization's fleet vehicles.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Collaboration with external fleet management partners and oversee fleet vehicle contracts

Work within various supplier portals to manage fleet data, vehicle inventory and maintain accurate vehicle assignments

Monitor and manage the fleet budget, analyzing costs related to fuel, maintenance, repairs, and other operational expenses

Annual Vehicle forecasting and purchasing

Enforcement and coordination of regular vehicle inspections and repairs to ensure fleet safety and compliance with state regulations and organizational requirements.

Preparation of monthly billing allocation files for invoice processing

Working within internal lease management system for existing and new vehicles

Daily inquiry resolution from internal stakeholders

Respond to audits, surveys, or other informational requests from internal and external sources

Skills and Requirements

1.5+ years experience handling Fleet Management

Experience working with titles, DMVs, and additional parts of Fleet Management

Great customer service skills supporting both internal and external customers

Intermediate excel skills pivot tables, data scrubbing, pulling spend reports, etc.

Goal and detail oriented Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or related discipline. Applicable experience in related disciplines, customer service or industries may be substituted for the degree requirement

Previous experience supporting Fleets of 600+ vehicles null
