DESCRIPTION
Are you a highly organized, self-starter, and collaborator who demonstrates a strong sense of ownership? We are looking for someone who would like to learn how to manage our organization's growing supply chain operations by analyzing supply chain data to ensure the optimization of inventory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execution of shipment processing and reconciliation on Amazon .
Maintain and optimize currentproduct listings ensuring accurate customer-facing information and content on all Fulfillment by Amazon items across multiple brands.
Prepare, analyze , and summarize sales and inventory data .
Devise creative and effective supply chain/shipping approaches, solutions, and proposals.
Collaborate with internal supply chain and accounting partners as well as external parties in the daily maintenance of our supported brands.
Proactively communicates solution-based challenges and brand updates weekly.
Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance
QUALIFICATIONS
1-year of experience in Supply Chain , Logistics Coordination, Account Management, or a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to consider othercandidates with adequate analytical experience
Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., Inventory planning, logistics, warehouse management )
Understanding of e-commerce and retail in a virtual environment is nice to have
Proficient in Microsoft Office , especially Excel
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred, but not required
