SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST at Realtor.com ®

Location: Scottsdale

What you’ll do:

  • Lead several important analytical projects to optimize product and sales decisions in the organization and provide revenue reports, customer and product analysis, and market trends

  • Provide project management support for key initiatives related to process, products, and program launches including providing insight, ideas, and best practice advice on Sales needs and suppor t

  • Establish relationships with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Enterprise Systems, Customer Care, Go To Market, and Product managers to support sales initiatives

  • Lead several important analytical projects to optimize product and sales decisions in the organization and provide revenue reports, customer and product analysis, and market trends

  • Provide business/technical leadership as a subject matter expert (SME) and conduct/participate in the business requirements, design, and migration reviews

  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytic tools to ensure business objectives are being met. This will include highlighting root causes and recommending corrective action alternatives

  • Conduct various queries and filters on data sets in Excel and Salesforce to provide key data points and analysis

  • Conduct detailed post-event analysis of key metrics to assist in the measurement of overall success and program configuration

  • Provide required data updates, e.g. agents lists, sales reports, etc. to relevant internal parties during the execution of events

  • Develop expert knowledge of the objectives, planning details, current roles, responsibilities, processes, and status of all programs associated with Sales and Marketing

  • Own documentation of responsibilities, project plans, process flows, and task timelines for sales and marketing programs

How we work

For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together. This is a hybrid role, reporting 3 times per week in our Scottsdale office.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3+ years of experience in tech industry with previous experience in Sales Operations, Sales Call centers, and Power Dialing Platforms

  • Familiarity with the real estate industry, and online marketing/media company experience is a plus

  • High proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively while also ensuring the accuracy of work through attention to detail

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and organizational structures Have a good eye for identifying areas of need, bugs, and process flaws. Hold the ability to properly size these issues and find solutions, or report to stakeholders when needed

  • Previous experience with CRM and SalesForce.com preferred

  • Familiarity with basic process and procedure documentation, including creating process flows

  • Ability to work cross-functionally within an organization to solve problems, solicit information, and execute initiatives

  • Possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills
