Job Title: Warehouse/Forklift Operator
Job Description:
Aerotek is currently seeking a versatile Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to join our team in Seaford, DE. This dual role involves operating a forklift to handle materials as well as assisting with general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-minded, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials and products safely and efficiently.
Assist with manual order picking, packing, and shipping tasks within the warehouse.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of goods.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Forklift Operator and Warehouse Associate.
Valid forklift certification and strong forklift operation skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Team player with good communication skills.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
Shift:
9 AM - 6 PM OT as needed
