Job Title: Wastewater Operator

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Wastewater Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining wastewater treatment systems specific to the food and beverage industry, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and supporting our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain industrial wastewater treatment equipment and systems used in food and beverage production.

  • Monitor and adjust treatment processes to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry-specific regulations.

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.

  • Collect and analyze water samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of treatment processes and results.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with treatment systems.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve treatment processes and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

  • Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and equipment specific to food and beverage production.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.

  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance requirements in the food and beverage industry.
