Job Details
Length of assignment: Temp with possibility of extension/conversion
Location: Seattle, WA 98104
Pay: $35.31 per hour
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
This is an onsite position.
Requirements
Customer service experience with technical communication proficiencies
Intermediate Excel skills
ERP / CRM system experience
3+ years' experience in A/R with complex cash apps, preferably in the beverage or other consumer packaged goods industry
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related Business field preferred
Job description
Invoice customers and prepare customer statements.
Generate weekly AR aging reports.
Apply payments to customer accounts.
Post daily deposits.
Be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues.
Initiate collections on past-due accounts
Conduct account research and analysis
Reconcile A/R to the G/L
Prepare and maintain various reports.
Assist with month end close.
Upkeep the Customer database and ensure that outdated or missing information is renewed/acquired.
Work on special projects as assigned.
Seek and propose opportunities to streamline existing Accounts Receivable procedures.
Proactive, articulate, with high attention to detail and organization.
Able to prioritize, and constantly seek opportunities for streamlining or process improvement.
Pay Details: $35.31 per hour
