JLL Assistant Program Delivery Manager, Operations in Seattle, Washington

What your day-to-day will look like: * Support multiple program management teams in developing and implementing operational strategies * Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery * Monitor program performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management * Identify areas for operational improvement and propose innovative solutions * Assist in budget management and resource allocation for assigned programs * Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong client relationships * Collaborate with global teams to leverage best practices and drive operational excellence Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field * 2+ years of experience in program management or operations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the real estate or facilities management industry * Very well organized and proactive mindset * Familiarity with Corrigo, Smartsheets, Workdocs, and SharePoint * Project Management Professional (PMP) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) certification * Experience working in a global, matrix organization * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Event management experience, including planning and execution of corporate events At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way for our clients, ourselves, and our fellow employees.
