Providence St. Joseph Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - PACE/Elderplace in Seattle, Washington

Description $3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. This position will support our MLK (Seattle) site. Job Description: Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination. Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License Or Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit Or Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: 1 year Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
