Salary/Benefit: (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations, and work with the CEO, executive team, and the board to ensure that the organization is financially sound, there are solid financial systems and rigorous internal controls in place, financial reports are accurate, and the annual budget is prepared and implemented
Establish and maintain appropriate financial procedures and controls to ensure the organization is in compliance with all applicable GAAP, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to the organization’s financial requirements
Financial statements, monthly financial and cash projections, capital budget, cashflow, tax filings, investment reports and other financial reporting
Serve as lead staff to the board’s Finance, Investment and Audit Committees
Oversee the organization’s annual budget
Serve on Risk Management Committee
Direct the finance and accounting staff on operations, projects, activities and budget management of the finance department; with responsibility to recruit, hire, develop, coach, lead, evaluate, delegate as appropriate, and retain competent and committed managers and employees to ensure talent is maximized and resources are allocated to achieve highest results
Oversee grant billing and reporting functions
Serve as the primary contact for banking operations, lines of credit and investment advisor

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related field or equivalent experience
A minimum of five (5) years’ managing/leading a not-for profit finance operation
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience at an executive level with demonstrated business acumen
Experience with development and administration of budgets and work plans
Experience leading and managing a team of accounting and finance professionals
