Seattle Children's Clinical Research Coordinator III in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities:

We have an exciting opening for a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our teams in the Heart Center and the Fetal Therapy Center!

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist members of the Heart Center and the Fetal Therapy Center in the organization, implementation, and coordination of clinical research studies, ensuring that research projects are conducted in compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies/departmental guidelines, and standards of Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Responsibilities will include maintaining regulatory documents, assisting the Principal Investigator and team in the planning of protocol implementation, collection, and management of source documents and study records while ensuring data collection is timely and accurate.

Requirements:

Required Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum of four (4) years of research-related experience OR Master’s degree in related discipline and three (3) years of research-related experience.
    • Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, timeline-driven, yet supportive, environment.- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite tools and ability to learn new computer software.

Preferred:

    • Pediatric research experience.

Min to Max Hourly Salary: $40.42 - $60.63 /hr

Min to Max Annual Salary: $84,073.60 - $126,110.40 /yr

Salary Information:

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
