Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in facility management, development, or construction environments. The ideal candidate will lead high-impact, cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and in scope. You will manage onsite small to medium-sized projects and coordinate vendor/contractor work to ensure deadlines are met for project deliverables. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with stakeholders, create and maintain schedules, manage project risks, and support training and improvement initiatives to optimize team operations.
Hard Skills
At least 4-5 years of experience managing projects
Degree in Project Management, Engineering or related technical field
Project management experience in facility management, development, or construction environment
Experience leading high-impact, cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Seattle, Washington and some days remote.
Work Environment
This role operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be the liaison for construction projects and provide overall communication about construction activities. You will also act as support to the construction manager, fill gaps as needed, and coordinate tasks across different functional teams. You will need to manage conflicting plans for space and document processes for internal team wikis to support scaling.
Pay Scale: $64-$74/hr based on experience
