True Brands is seeking a highly organized and dynamic B2B Marketing Manager with a strong focus on project management to join our team.

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role is pivotal in driving B2B marketing efforts to support an inside and outside sales team targeting various retail account segments, including independent wine and spirits stores, independent gift stores, wine, beer, and spirits producers, and national retailers such as groceries, drugstores, and specialty stores. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing all aspects of marketing, including email, digital advertising, direct mail, catalogs, and tradeshows. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Hubspot for account-based marketing and lead generation, as well as a strong understanding of the CPG industry.

This is a hybrid office position, candidates for this role will need to live within commuting distance of our Seattle office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to create marketing materials and campaigns that support sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and  SMS to enhance online presence and drive traffic to the wholesale website.

  • Oversee the management of the B2B wholesale website, including content updates and optimization, with a strong focus on driving traffic, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing average order value to achieve sales goals.

  • Utilize HubSpot to manage account-based marketing initiatives, ensuring targeted and effective outreach to key accounts, as well as lead generation opportunities.

  • Collaborate in the management and optimization of the customer database, including implementing data cleanup and segmentation strategies to ensure accuracy and usability of data for actionable marketing.

  • Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, events, and exhibitions to promote brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Oversee the development of marketing content, including product catalogs, brochures, and digital assets, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.

  • Collaborate with product development and brand management teams in the GTM strategies of new products and brands.

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.

  • Manage the B2B marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

     

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior marketing role within the CPG industry, with a focus on B2B marketing.

  • Proven proficiency with Hubspot, or similar marketing automation tool, for account-based marketing and lead generation

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email, social media, SEO, and SEM.

  • Experience planning and executing trade shows, events, and exhibitions.

  • Proficiency in direct mail and catalog marketing.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

     

    Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (exempt)
