Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Seattle office in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team environment. The primary responsibility of this role is the design of electrical systems for new buildings, expansions, and renovations. This role involves providing technical leadership in creating construction drawings, specifications, conducting system studies, and participating in master planning. The successful candidate will develop electrical system designs based on project scope or client RFPs, evaluate and plan electrical systems across various market types, and conduct surveys and documentation of existing systems. Responsibilities also include developing system design calculations, selecting equipment, writing and editing project specifications, preparing detailed design documents, and conducting code compliance research. Coordination with other disciplines and engaging with clients, project teams, code officials, and contractors to develop effective relationships is essential.

Hard Skills

  • Experience in the Electrical Industry

  • Construction industry knowledge

  • Proficiency in Revit

  • Understanding of AutoCAD and Bluebeam

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Seattle, Washington and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
