Actalent Electrical Project Manager in Seattle, Washington
Description
This candidate will be responsible for overseeing designs and managing assigned project teams for clients in Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial projects.
Skills and Experience Required
8+ years in the Electrical Industry
Proficiency in Revit, with a good understanding of AutoCAD and Bluebeam
5+ years in the construction industry
Additional Skills & Qualifications
PMP Certification is a plus
P.E. is not required, but preferred for candidates with this level of experience
3+ years of business development experience with clients in consulting or construction fields
Experience managing multiple projects
Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior engineers
Other Requirements
Must have substantial electrical experience; there is no time for training on industry basics. The individual must come with this knowledge and technical ability.
There will be a ramp-up period (3 weeks) working directly with the principal and other discipline leaders to understand client processes and workflows.
Must be able to communicate efficiently. This position will transition into a lead role in the company after the training period.

The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $77.00
