This candidate will be responsible for overseeing designs and managing assigned project teams for their clients on Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter , Federal, Commercial Projects 8+ years in the Electrical Industry Must be proficient and be able to use Revit and understand AutoCAD and Bluebeam as their clients will use this. 5+ years within construction industry

Nice to have PMP Certification P.E isn't required but the best candidates will have their P.E if they have this level of experience 3+ years of business development with clients in consulting or construction fields Experience managing multiple projects Experience managing and leading project teams and mentoring junior engineers Must have electrical experience, There is no time/ training to get up to date on the industry. Individual must come with this knowledge and technical ability. There will be a ramp up period where they will understand client process and workflow (3 weeks working directly with principal and other discipline leaders- supervisor). Must be able to communicate efficiently. This position will be for a lead role in the company after training period.

The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $77.00
