Aston Carter Global Brand Project Manager in Seattle, Washington

Globally recognized Coffee Company headquartered in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a highly organized and results-driven

Project Manager to support the planning and execution of international brand marketing initiatives. This role will be pivotal in aligning cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of key projects, and enabling seamless collaboration between global and regional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience managing marketing or creative projects across multiple markets and bring a strong understanding of balancing global strategies with local execution.

Pay - $63/hr. - $68/hr. (Depending on overall relevant qualifications, industry, tenure...etc.)

Location - Seattle, WA

Schedule – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote); Standard

Monday – Friday Morning Shift

Contract Duration – 8 Months To Start with Possible Extension

(Summary of Key Responsibilities)

  • Global Coordination and Regional Adaptation

  • Oversee the planning and implementation of international marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies while supporting regional adaptations to meet market-specific needs.

  • Act as a central liaison across global, regional, and local teams, fostering collaboration across multiple time zones.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, communications, finance, and operations teams to align on project goals, dependencies, and deliverables.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging and execution by integrating inputs from creative, digital, and partner teams.

  • Project Planning and Execution

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using appropriate tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, or other project management solutions).

  • Manage scheduling for key meetings, workstream reviews, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.

  • Governance and Performance Reporting

  • Support governance processes by consolidating updates, tracking milestones, and providing actionable insights for leadership.

  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks to monitor project progress, budget utilization, and campaign performance metrics.

  • Risk Management and Escalation

  • Identify risks, anticipate roadblocks, and develop proactive solutions to mitigate potential issues.

  • Escalate critical challenges to leadership when necessary, ensuring swift resolution and continuity.

  • Team Coordination and Continuous Improvement

  • Delegate tasks effectively across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.

  • Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in marketing project management, bringing innovative approaches to the role.

(Qualification Requirements)

  • 5-7 years of relevant Project Management experience

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, or similar solutions) and the ability to adapt to new systems as needed.

  • Experience in marketing or creative fields, preferably with international or cross-regional campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of local market adaptation, ensuring campaigns balance global strategies with regional nuances.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies.

  • Analytical and financial acumen, including experience in budget tracking and project performance evaluation.

  • International experience working across diverse teams and time zones is strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with tools like Miro and MS Office is advantageous.

  • Experience with change management, process optimization, and risk mitigation strategies is highly desirable.

  • International and cross-regional experience, exp working with individuals in differing time zones.

  • Experience with change and process management.

Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors.

The pay range for this position is $63.00 - $68.00
