Insight Global HR Administrative Assistant in Seattle, Washington

Job Description

An employer is looking for a highly organized HR Administrative Assistant to work as the main customer service phone line for their front desk reception. This person will be responsible for performing general administrative functions in a professional manner; examples of daily responsibilities include answering incoming calls & responding to daily inquiries, greeting internal and external stakeholders, processing and distributing mail, maintaining office equipment, receiving and maintaining records for forms of payment with Finance, etc. The right candidate has strong interpersonal/customer service skills, has experience in a fast-paced administrative environment, and is looking to learn additional HR job functions.

Skills and Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in customer service and administrative work in an office environment

- Front Desk/Reception experience

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Highly organized and able to handle confidential information - Previous HR experience null
