IMCU Charge RN - Permanent Position

Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the IMCU nursing staff.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual patient needs and in accordance with department policies and procedures.
Ensure the delivery of safe and efficient care to patients in the IMCU.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and promote interdisciplinary communication and teamwork.
Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to staff in clinical decision-making and problem-solving.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Job Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in intermediate care nursing.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in intermediate care nursing.
