What We DoNested within this large-scale, people-first organization, we're a small, fast-moving development team building and maintaining two modern web applications for our unique division. We apply Agile methodologies to a scrum-ban practice, defining work thoughtfully, refining requirements together, and partnering with product owners to deliver feature and enhancements in 2-week sprint cycles. What You'll Do: We're looking for a technically minded project manager with Agile experience to help define and distribute work, grow team connections, report on delivery metrics, organize team ceremonies and events, and partner with design + product to plan priorities and releases. Assist the IT Program Manager by running the more granular aspects of software delivery day-to-day Create, update, and maintain deliverable work in Azure Dev Ops Collaborate with design and product specialists to define user requirements Partner with dev leaders to refine technical implementation and estimate level of effort Report sprint delivery accomplishments and metrics via ADO dashboards and decks Work with individual engineers to clarify requirements and remove impediments Align product + development to plan prod releases and own the delivery of those commitments Respond to any bugs or issues reported by active users and help align development resources to resolve What You'll bring: 3-5 years minimum experience managing teams and projects required; IT field is preferred, but relevant experience in other industries considered Exposure to or experience working with Agile methodologies, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks strongly preferred Strong organizational skills in managing granular aspects of large, complex projects while maintaining an understanding of broad objectives Passion for cultivating healthy team dynamics and empathy for individual contributors Experience using workflow management and design tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops (formerly TFS), Figma, Miro, Lucid, Trello, etc. Strong communication skills to work one-on-one with engineers, product specialists, and experience designers as well as reporting progress to outside stakeholders Development experience not required, but knowledge of coding concepts, vocabulary, and tooling is a plus Pay Range: $71,500 - $148,500 annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
