Job Description:Analyze Marketing Data with statistical models, build dashboard/reports for baseline analysis, design Machine Learning driven marketing optimization and experiment pipeline. Serve as lead market researcher by levering quantitative and analytic algorithms. Analyze guest level data, identify unique guest segmentations, and build forecast models for guests' behaviours with machine learning models and quantitative methodology. Lead team to ensure distribution of the workload among the team members and build project based KPIs and measuring performance on the case base. Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics or related field. Minimum of two (2) years' experience in job or related marketing analytics / data science position. Experience must include: Python, SQL, AWS/Google Cloud/Azure, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel (VBA), Power Point, and ML pipeline. Remote role, must be located within driving distance of our Miami offices. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. $143,000 to $153,000 .
