WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Advise and lead clients on the planning, delivery, and management of critical digital transformation initiatives that span from MarTech platform assessments (such as the Adobe stack) through large scale ERP/CRM/PLM transitions. Guide clients through implementing customer (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) lifecycle strategies and integrations that drive business value. Help grow and shape our Business Technology Services practice by contributing thought leadership and experience to its products and service offerings Drive business development through the deepening of existing Point B client relationships and the identification of new clients not yet served Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation by helping to develop and lead other Point B Associates Learn from other practice areas as part of larger teams while providing your point of view and expertise to the projects.
