As a Marketing Data Analyst Intern at Accolade, you'll be part of our dynamic team, where we're all about turning data into meaningful insights to boost our marketing ROI. A day in the life... * Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to understand our business goals and marketing objectives. * Roll up your sleeves and get your hands on data from various sources. * Take that messy data and whip it into shape, making it ready for analysis. * Build data models and apply statistical wizardry to extract insights that light up our marketing strategy. * Craft visually appealing reports and dashboards to share your data-driven findings. * Analyze marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends to uncover opportunities for improvement. * Slice and dice data and help us fine-tune our marketing strategies. * Work closely with experienced data analysts to refine your skills and become a data guru. What we are looking for (requirements) * You're currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field. * You've got a knack for data analysis tools like Python, R, or SQL. * Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or something similar, is a plus. * You're a problem solver with a keen eye for detail. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. * You can work independently and as part of a team. * Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. * Previous internship or coursework in data analysis or marketing analytics is a bonus. * While not required, knowledge of healthcare industry trends would be a nice addition.
