Salary: $23.25 per hour
Work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Education: High School
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments as directed, adjust schedules as needed based on patient condition
Register and consent patients, ensure completion of required forms, scan registration materials, and collect insurance co-pays.
Answer multiple phone lines, triage calls appropriately, manage interruptions, and maintain a responsive demeanor
Work with other departments to coordinate patient appointments and care, including arranging transportation and interpreter services
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office; preferred experience in an oncology office.
Experience with EPIC
Oncology experience is a must
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
