What You'll Do * Advise and Co-Create Strategic Operating Models: Partner with clients to design and implement innovative operating models, organization structures, and ways of working that align with business strategy, addressing challenges through workshops and leadership alignment sessions. * Drive Organizational Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and assess current operating models, identify opportunities, and develop action plans that enhance organizational design, structure, and processes, supporting complex business transformations and merger integrations. * Strategic Guidance and Decision-Making: Lead discussions to help clients navigate organizational strategy decisions, such as establishing product teams, Centers of Excellence, and Shared Services, while articulating the unique value propositions of new business units or organizations. * Leadership Engagement and Alignment: Design, develop, and deliver leadership engagement activities that build alignment, secure buy-in, and ensure the successful execution of mission-driven strategies and organizational frameworks. * Cross-Industry Expertise: Apply a deep understanding of organizational principles across various industries, quickly building client credibility, and integrating organizational activities into broader business transformation initiatives.
