As part of a passionate and growing team of experts, you will be accountable as an Operations Program Manager (OPM) Leader for planning, executing, and monitoring programs from beginning to end, according to strict deadlines and budgets. The OPM Leader acts as the point-of-contact between elements of Manufacturing, Procurement, Test, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and the Business Unit. The OPM ensures cost and schedule conformance on assigned projects by coordinating the procurement, build, and test of complex products. Additional responsibilities include: Support the development and execution of HW rich strategies across all programs, working closely with all functions. Support the implementation of Digital Factory, and smart data analytics resulting in increased productivity and output. Deployment and execution of the Blue Production System and standardized work for leaders. Reduce cycle time of operations through funded initiatives at all sites on a year-over-year basis as the keyway of driving productivity and speed. Effectively collaborate with the supporting functions to maintain Production and Launch Operations schedules and material requirements. Anticipate potential schedule and personnel risks, and generate ideas, insight and solutions to resolve or mitigate potential issues, followed by decisive action to implement solutions. Support and act on behalf of site leadership as necessary. Qualifications: Previous experience in a leadership role as a Director with significant P&L responsibility; strong track record of delivering results and creating a positive, high performing culture. BS degree with emphasis in supply chain management and/or engineering. Deep experience in and understanding of complex manufacturing and production systems (aerospace, medical or military environments). Build and manage a high performing team that is tightly integrated to key stakeholders, including all the teams supporting the manufacturing and supply chain of complex builds. Demonstrated exceptional business acumen. Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. Highly effective and professional verbal and written communication skills with team, internal customers and suppliers that includes a strong focus on teamwork and internal/external customer satisfaction. A demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with teams of diverse skills across large geographic distances. A continuous improvement mindset. Our job is never complete; we are always optimizing.
