[Program Governance Project Manager]{.underline}

 

Position Summary:

The Program Governance Project Manager will oversee all the governance needs identified within F5s channel organization. This person will own all program processes and procedures, including the rules of engagement by our partners and field team, ensuring all parties understand and abide by the governance procedures and the underlying governance principles. These responsibilities will include orchestration and maintenance of our annual partner audit & procedures, sales best practices, rules of engagement for our sales team and channel partners, as well as any program changes that may occur, including program materials, communications, and execution support of any channel initiatives. The Program Governance Project Manager will act as liaison between the Channel organization and F5s Legal & Compliance teams for all legal aspects regarding the partner program.

 

The project managers responsibility will be to ensure that the program is run within the governance framework of the Unity+ Partner Program. The Project Manager works across the Sales Theaters and HQ functions (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc.) to drive the governance deliverables of key Channel programs. The candidate should have working knowledge of the F5 channel and program management and be able to drive complex, high business impact governance components to timely completion. They should be comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization up to and including senior executives.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide project management support and governance of Unity+ processes and procedures

Ensure all documentation regarding the various program processes and procedures are written, approved, adhered to, and updated as needed

Create and maintain comprehensive Unity+ Process Governance documentation globally, including documenting any theater nuances

Act as Channel SME for all program governance, including discounting, Deal Registration, program compliance, and renewal incumbency

Create and participate as an active member of the Global Process Governance Team; ensuring team alignment to overall Unity+ Program standards with respect to enhancements, integrations, etc.

Responsible for managing, facilitating, reporting on, and helping resolve issues related to governance process, including XXX

Owns requirements for program improvements/updates

Create and Lead Unity+ change review processes - including tracking decisions and driving closure to all requested changes, interfacing with program business stakeholders as necessary, and communicating changes to all parties internal and external in an effective manne

Project examples include, but not limited to: Due Diligence for Partners, Partner Agreement Audit, Legal Agreement updates, Unity+ Discount Changes, Program Changes, Price Changes, and Discounting updates

Develop material and presentations for internal and external use, including any necessary account manager training, rules of engagement, QBRs, and sales meetings
