Nordstrom Program Manager 2-Compliance & Ethics-(Hybrid - Seattle, WA) in Seattle, Washington

Job Description

**This role is hybrid in Seattle, Washington - you will be required to come in office 3 days per week in this role.

A day in the life:

  • Guide and advise business partners in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance and ethics activities of the Company.

  • Oversee employee concern mechanisms, including maintaining investigative procedures, triaging and tracking cases, and reporting key metrics.

  • Conduct compliance risk assessments, as well as track and report on compliance trends, emerging risks, and mitigation plans.

  • Analyze compliance and ethics program data to identify trends and make recommendations for future improvements.

  • Develop and advise on compliance and ethics-related policies, communications, and training materials.

  • Actively collaborate with and develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across a broad-range of business and legal clients

  • Support compliance and ethics programs, including those related to records management, conflict of interest, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and other areas.

  • Serve as initial point of contact for compliance and ethics inquiries.

  • Other duties as assigned.

You own this is you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in compliance and ethics, law, risk management, internal audit, or related field. Compliance certification or experience working in a corporate legal department a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience supporting employee concern process preferred

  • Experience with program development preferred

  • Ability to think critically and creatively about new processes and solutions

  • Adept at managing and prioritizing multiple ongoing projects, including ability to quickly adjust based on changing conditions.

  • Ability to interpret data/information and identify trends/develop strategies.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong integrity and a proven ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Washington: $80,000 - $155,000 Annually

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
