Amazon Program Manager II, WW Events in Seattle, Washington
Description
As a Program Manager on the WW Events Tech team, you'll be playing a critical role in planning and executing 100+ seasonal events and the 3 HVEs worldwide. To be successful in this role, you will have a mix of program and project management skills. You have the ability to think critically about the execution of events at scale. You need to be an excellent communicator both in person and in written communications, as we have 80+ partner teams and 20+ locales participating in events. You are able to work autonomously, build relationships outside of your immediate team, and have demonstrable experience in stakeholder management. You identify, assess and mitigate risks for projects and programs. You drive best practices and continuous improvement in program management processes using data and metrics.
Key job responsibilities
Program Manager, WW Events Tech role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create and communicate event execution plan with event owners for seasonal events
Work with cross functional teams to gather input on event specifications
Partner with tech teams and locale teams on gameday readiness through audits and validation
Build and maintain event onboarding and widget onboarding wiki for partner teams
Regularly communicate expectations, decisions made, and business critical information to partner teams via email, Slack, and Office Hours

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
