As a CBRE Program Manager, you will manage a team responsible for facilitating small to medium cross-functional projects and programs. This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives. This position is hybrid in Seattle, WA.

What you’ll do

  • Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

  • Oversee cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process.

  • Responsible for the coordination of leadership business planning activities and assist in creating materials

  • Partner with HR to coordinate employee onboarding & offboarding activities

  • Identify and present process improvements to stakeholders

  • Administrative support for senior leadership team

  • Manage Account Rhythm of Business calendar and materials as defined

  • Coordinate quarterly business reviews and content reviews

  • Own and execute employee engagement opportunities

  • Manage internal and external relationships in support of programs.

  • Work with core teams to develop solutions and guide project teams throughout delivery.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

  • Explain difficult or sensitive information.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.

  • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products. Examples include Word, Excel, Gmail, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $92,500 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $118,965 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance .
