ENTRUST Solutions Group Project Manager I in Seattle, Washington

What You’ll Do:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple large projects concurrently; direct supervisory responsibilities for other staff members that may include other Project Managers or senior technical leads for specific project responsibilities of large and complex projects.

  • Manage electric based projects to ensure projects meet the requirements and indicators for performance that have been set by the client or internally. This includes schedule performance, budget performance, project profitability, client relationship and satisfaction, and quality control.

  • Maintaining a system to accurately forecast fee revenue on an ongoing monthly basis

  • Communicating confirmation that engineering practices are consistent with standards, regulatory requirements and technical innovations.

  • Participating in sales calls and client presentations.

  • Travel to project sites & meetings throughout the project territory roughly 30% of the time (subject to change).

This is a remote & onsite role that will regularly require support at project sites in Seattle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the electric distribution industry.

  • Experience managing engineering projects.

  • Ability to lead projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • General project management experience. Ability to manage cost, budget, schedule, and coordinate site walks as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university or equivalent technical degree

Benefits & Salary:

  • This position pays between $76,232 and $157,820 annually and is an exempt position.

  • Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.

  • Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.

  • May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
