Expeditors Project Manager III (Scrum Master) - Cybersecurity & Risk Management in Seattle, Washington

Lead the team in self-organization to deliver quality working software with predictability, efficiency and velocity
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their cybersecurity needs, establish project requirements, and provide regular updates on project progress and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations professionals to design and implement tailored cybersecurity solutions for industrial environments
Oversee the deployment and integration of cybersecurity technologies and process improvements
Identify and address project risks and issues proactively, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various medium to large sized system integration projects
This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Interest in the Cybersecurity discipline and pursuing continuous learning about Cybersecurity technologies
Ability to successfully navigate and execute within ambiguous and stressful situations
Strong communication and execution capabilities
Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and activities, particularly Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Assertive personality, interpersonal, action and outcome driven mentality
Ability to actively inspire, coach, mentor, and motivate
Well organized with a keen attention to detail
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in Project Management or Scrum Master experience SAFe Scrum Master certification or similar
Firsthand cybersecurity project management/technical project management experience
Knowledge of Cybersecurity topics and network security: firewall intrusion detection and protection systems and security information and event management (SIEM)
Knowledge of Cybersecurity topics such as network security such as firewall, intrusion detection and protection systems or security information and event management (SIEM)
Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams to deliver results with tight deadlines
Understanding of the transportation/logistics industry

Expected base salary: $90,000 to $140,000
