UW Medical Center – Northwest has an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is interested in working at our Childbirth Center. We have opportunities in our Level II Nursery/NICU.

This recruitment is limited to internal UW Employees RESPONSIBILITIES: include but not limited to

  • The autonomy to practice to highest level of license.

  • Assist in the labor and delivery process

  • Administration of medication, including epidurals.

  • Help mother and baby in baby’s first breastfeeding

  • Assist in mother and baby couplet care. SCHEDULE:

  • 75%- Night shift REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two or more years in a Level II or higher Nursery/NICU

  • Have/Obtain a RN license to practice in Washington state or MSL.
