Join our team at Swedish First Hill Radiation Oncology clinic as a Providence Swedish caregiver, you'll apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care. Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. At least 10 years of Nursing experience, oncology experience is recommended / preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrates a friendly and compassionate approach to cultivate a trusting patient-healthcare provider relationship. Diligently monitors patient vitals and external symptoms during radiation therapy. Advocates strongly for patients by effectively communicating treatment plans to interdisciplinary teams and family members. Exhibits attention to detail when recording notes and taking vitals, enabling accurate assessment of the patient's health status for other team members. Exhibits patience when discussing care plans with patients and their families. Possesses a high level of emotional intelligence to ensure a positive patient care experience, including the ability to simplify medical terminology and concepts for patients. Demonstrates strong communication and critical thinking skills, effectively performing beyond desired qualifications. Why Join Providence?
