The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

ABOUT OUR HOTEL
4th largest hotel in Seattle. 557 rooms, 28,000 sq. ft of meeting space
Stable operation – hotel has never been sold
Never closed during the pandemic even though about 30 other hotels in Seattle were closed for more than 1 year
Although we had to lay-off 90% of our staff at the beginning of the pandemic, we brought the majority of them back. Our people are very loyal to the hotel & were waiting for our call to return.
Hotel review rating on Marriott website is higher than other Seattle Marriott full-service sister hotels including W-Hotel, Westin, Marriott, Sheraton
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
2+ years progressively responsible experience in all aspects of in-person Customer Service Management
Hospitality related field a BIG plus!
Computer skills essential
Multi-lingual a BIG plus! What languages? You name it, we probably got it.

SALARY:
$29-$29.75/Hour, Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Overtime Eligible
