What you’ll be doing…

This role is responsible for crafting and implementing ABM Marketing plans for strategic enterprise accounts in partnership with Sales & Industry Field Marketing. The focus is on the top big bet accounts to drive pipeline acceleration, product adoption, and renewals. The Senior ABM Manager is also responsible for interfacing directly with sales leadership, account owners and requires strategic marketing leadership, cross-team and organizational teamwork, excellent communications and project management skills, and a passion for driving the right customer experience. The right Marketer will have experience operating in verticals as well as planning and executing 1:1 ABM and ABM at scale for large enterprise organizations.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include …

• Lead the overall marketing strategy, planning and execution our top tier Enterprise accounts (ABM).

• Drive Pipeline Sourced, Influenced, Maturation and Deal Closure through Account Based Marketing Efforts

• Leverage a marketing mix of digital, events, email, and white glove personalization’s

• Lead and partner with 3rd party vendors and agencies for ABM Discovery and Execution

• Work with extended teams and stakeholders not limited to Sales, Sales Operations, Audience Marketing, Industry Marketing, Field Marketing, Executive Engagement, Customer Engagement and Marketing Operations teams on the overall end-to-end experience for premier accounts.

• Sound knowledge of ABM Technology and Tools leveraging, demonstrating account intent data (ie. 6sense) to strategize, prioritize and conversion.

• Maintain communication from corporate marketing and sales leadership to field marketers on ABM efforts.

• Partner with Sales Operations on account segmentation strategies and account planning

• Develop and roll out ABM approach that focuses on 1:1 and 1:many efforts for top tier

Enterprise accounts

  • Scale out programs for easy execution

  • Identify and supervise KPIs for tracking the success of ABM programs

  • Measure Results and generate insights with an Analytics led approach

  • Provide training and education to the field on the latest ABM structure, trends, and ideas.

• Stay current on the latest trends in technologies and strategy for ABM

Who you are…

Experienced . Extensive experience planning, executing and optimizing ABM Programs & Campaigns. Knowledge and Experience with Enterprise Accounts with focus on Vertical Markets. ITMSA Certification is a plus.

Domain . Expertise in Account-Based Marketing strategy and marketing program development preferred.

Go getter . Strong understanding of how to create unparalleled brand experiences and a track record for delivering innovative customer experience through enterprise-focused initiatives. Inquisitive and proactive in terms of ideas and innovation.

Problem Solver. Strong critical thinking, creativity and can pivot on the fly

A strong communicator. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Collaborator. Natural relationship builder who can work effectively across different subject areas, time zones and cultures and thrives within a matrix organization. Ability to lead through indirect influence.

Organized . Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects and consistently hit deliverables on time and to agreed quality standards.

Data Driven. Analytical. You ask questions. We are an analytics company! Experience in Tableau preferred, not required.
